Compatible Automotive is proud to collaborate with MOTUS to launch the new Workshop Communicator & MOTUS Service Booking system.
This initiative enables the brand to manage its customer service experience from a global portal. The platform allows service advisors to interact with the customer whilst their car is in for a service. By using WhatsApp for communications, the costs are much lower than with traditional systems, and the dealer has visibility of the communication even after the service has been completed. Photos and documents can be shared via the portal, making it easy for customers to approve and understand any additional costs.
The program has been very successful in Europe, and it’s very promising to launch the technology in South Africa.
