DMS System Support Agent

At Compatible Automotive, we are driving change in the automotive industry in Sub Saharan Africa, and we are looking for an individual who can demonstrate proactiveness and initiative within our DMS teams and customers. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic DMS consultant to join our implementation team.

Job Description

You will work within the DMS Setup Team to support the System Lead with all DMS set up, customer architectures, logo banner design/upload, release testing/notes, CRM campaign setup & reports to ensure they are completed within the given timeframe. To manage all ad hoc requests in terms of additional setup.

Skills

• Minimum of 2 years working on a DMS
• Fluent in English
• Afrikaans beneficial
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Knowledge of the Motor Industry
• Microsoft Office Proficiency
• High level of attention to detail
• Team player
• Excellent Telephonic skills and etiquette
• Accounting skills beneficial
• SQL skills beneficial
• Photoshop skills beneficial

Duties and Responsibilities

DMS System Support Agent

System Setup
• System Configuration and Setup
• New and existing CRM campaigns
• Input and update customer information accurately in the database.

Logo design
• Logo Banner Design in Photoshop

Testing and Customer Support
• New Version Release testing
• Documentation of test results and setups
• Assist with customer year end processes
• Follow guidelines to ensure consistent and effective customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve complex issues and escalate matters when necessary.
• Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
• Continuously improve your product knowledge and customer service skills through training and professional development opportunities.
• Quality responses and positive relationship colleagues

Client Relationship Management:
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
– Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights and recommendations for improving the usage of the DMS and add-on products.

Work Experience:
• 2 years DMS experience
• 2 years dealership experience
